Ayuda y contacto

Si algo no queda claro, escríbenos.

  1. En tu iPhone abre Ajustes y toca tu nombre.
  2. Entra a Suscripciones y elige Reparo.

Help and contact

How can we help?

Pick what you want to do and follow the steps. If something isn't clear, email us.

We reply within one or two business days.

Check in a vehicle

A minute in Express. Your customer signs for what they leave and how they leave it.

  1. Tap the yellow + button (Check in vehicle). Check-in opens in Express: a single screen.
  2. Type the plate, or take a photo of it and the app reads it.
  3. Enter the make and model, who's dropping it off and their phone, the odometer, the fuel level and what's wrong. Take as many photos as you like.
  4. Tap Customer signature and have them sign on screen with a finger.
  5. Tap Check in vehicle. The order is saved with its number.
When you want more detail

At the top of the screen switch to Full: five steps with a camera that guides you side by side, damage marked on a diagram of the vehicle, the VIN, valuables and the promised date. What you already entered is kept.

What the express order says

In Express you don't walk around the vehicle, so the order doesn't say “no damage”: it says the body wasn't inspected in detail and its condition is what the photos show.

Estimate and authorization

Put in writing what your customer approved, for how much and when.

  1. Open the order and tap Start diagnosis.
  2. Tap Write estimate and add each item: Labor or Part, with its price. Tap Add on each one and Save when you're done.
  3. Tap Send estimate: send it as a PDF, in a pre-written message or as an image.
  4. When your customer says yes, tap Record authorization.
  5. If they're with you, choose Signs here and have them sign on screen. If they told you by call, text or email, choose Said yes and note how: it's saved with date and time.
If something else comes up

With the vehicle already in repair, Add additional work carries its own amount and its own authorization. Your customer sees the new total before saying yes.

Your prices, entered once

Every item you use is saved with its price in Business My items. Next time you just pick it.

Notify, deliver and get paid

The “it's ready” message, the invoice and the warranty.

  1. When the job is done, tap Work finished. The order gets its invoice.
  2. Tap Notify that it's ready. The message is written for you, with the total: pick the tone and send it by WhatsApp or SMS.
  3. When they come for the vehicle, tap Deliver vehicle: record the payment, take the exit photos and have your customer sign for it.
  4. The order moves to History. There you'll find the ones Delivered, the ones still To collect and the ones Under warranty.
Get paid with a QR code

In Business Documents Get paid with a QR code enter your Venmo, PayPal, Cash App or your own payment link. Invoices with a balance carry the code and your customer pays from their phone. Reparo doesn't charge anyone or touch your money.

Never miss a follow-up

With Business Remind me to follow up the app reminds you about estimates with no reply, ready vehicles nobody picked up and invoices with a balance, with the reminder already written.

Your iPad and a new phone

Your orders live in your iCloud: they aren't lost if the phone is.

On your other iPhone, your iPad or a new phone

  1. In the device's Settings, sign in with the same Apple Account and leave iCloud turned on.
  2. Install the app (in English it's listed as Auto Repair Orders). Your orders, photos and signatures show up on their own; the first time it can take a few minutes.
  3. For Pro, open Business and tap Restore purchases.

To keep a separate copy

  1. Open Business Backup and tap Create backup. Choose “Save to Files”.
  2. To bring it back, open Business Backup Restore from a backup… and pick that file.
One Apple Account

iCloud belongs to one account: a helper with their own phone and their own Apple Account won't see your orders. Business iCloud shows whether everything is up to date or something is still waiting to upload.

Reparo Pro

What it includes and how to cancel.

The free version is enough to work: every month you can check in 5 vehicles with everything (photos, estimate, authorization, messages and warranty). The allowance renews on the 1st.

Pro adds

  • Every vehicle that comes in, with no monthly cap
  • Documents without the “Made with Reparo” line
  • Your invoices and customers exported for QuickBooks

Choose the monthly subscription, the yearly one or a one-time lifetime purchase. You'll find it in Business See Reparo Pro.

How to cancel the subscription

  1. On your iPhone open Settings and tap your name.
  2. Go to Subscriptions and choose Auto Repair Orders.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription. Pro stays active until the paid period ends.
From the app, too

In Business, Manage subscription takes you to the same screen. If you bought Pro lifetime there is nothing to cancel: it isn't a subscription.

Quick questions

How many vehicles can I check in for free?

5 every month, with every feature. The allowance renews on the 1st. Correcting an order you already checked in doesn't use one. With Pro there's no cap.

Where are my orders stored?

On your phone and in your iCloud, in the private part of your Apple Account. There are no new accounts and no servers of ours: we can't see them.

Do I need internet?

Not to work: you check in, estimate and deliver offline, and iCloud catches up when the connection is back.

Two things do need it: having the VIN fill in the make and model (the year works offline) and Pro purchases, which Apple processes.

Can my helper use it on their phone?

Only if that phone uses your same Apple Account. Sharing the shop between different accounts isn't in this version yet.

Can I use Spanish, pesos and kilometers?

Yes. In Business Prices and units choose the currency and whether the odometer is in miles or kilometers. In Business Documents choose the language of your documents, and each customer can have their own: the app translates your line items.

Is the invoice a tax invoice?

It's your receipt with the customer. It is not a tax document (in Mexico, a CFDI); keep issuing those wherever you do today.

Are the terms and warranty ready for my shop?

They're a starting point. Review them and adjust them to the rules where you work in Business Documents: what the customer accepts at drop-off, the estimate terms and what your warranty covers.

Still have questions?

Email us and we'll reply within one or two business days. Tell us what you were trying to do and which screen you were on.
