Terms of use

Clear rules, no fine print.

This is what you agree to when you use Quote Now, said the way we'd say it to a customer at the counter.

Effective October 14, 2026

  • The app is a tool; the documents and what they say are yours.
  • Pro is bought and cancelled through Apple, whenever you want.
  • It doesn't issue tax invoices or touch your money.

These terms are offered by GR DTF Print (Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico), which makes and publishes Quote Now. Apple's standard licensed-application end-user license agreement for App Store apps also applies.

The terms, point by point

1. What the app is

Quote Now is a tool for making estimates, invoices and receipts, sending them and keeping track of what you're owed. You create the documents, with your prices, your taxes and your terms.

The app does not give accounting, tax or legal advice, and its documents are not tax documents (in Mexico, CFDI). Every document says so at the foot.

2. Your license

You may use Quote Now on the Apple devices of your account, for your business, as long as you follow these terms. You may not copy, resell or modify it, or try to extract its code.

3. Free and Pro

The free version lets you create 5 documents a month, with every feature; the allowance renews on the 1st.

Pro is bought inside the app: a monthly or yearly subscription, which renews on its own until you cancel it, or a one-time lifetime purchase. The price is shown in the app, in your country's currency, before you buy. Apple charges, renews and cancels: the subscription is cancelled in your iPhone's Settings, under Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the period ends, and stays active until then. Refunds are decided by Apple under its rules.

If you stop paying for Pro, the app goes back to the free version: your documents and customers are not deleted.

4. Your data and your documents

Everything you enter is stored on your device. We keep no copy, so backups are your responsibility: the app helps you create and restore them, but we cannot recover what is lost with a phone.

You are responsible for what your documents say (prices, taxes, terms, validity) and for the customer data you keep in the app, including the signatures you capture.

5. What the app understands

The app builds the document from what you type, say, paste or photograph, and it can get something wrong. That's why it shows you “Here's what I got” before creating. Check every document before sending it: we are not responsible for errors in documents you already sent.

6. Messages and payments

Sending documents through WhatsApp, Messages or Mail uses those apps, under their own terms. The payment link and QR code are yours: the app only places them on your documents. We do not process payments, charge no fee and do not step between you and your customer.

7. Warranty and liability

The app is provided “as is”. We work to make it work well, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any damage arising from the use of the app is limited to what you paid for Pro in the last twelve months.

8. Changes

We may change the app and these terms. If they change, we post the new version on this page with its date; if you keep using the app, you accept them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute is resolved in the courts of Tijuana, Baja California, unless the law where you live gives you a right that cannot be waived.
