Ayuda y contacto

Si algo no queda claro, escríbenos.

Respondemos en uno o dos días hábiles.

Tu primera cotización o nota

Dilo y queda hecha. Tú solo revisas.

  1. En tu iPhone abre Ajustes y toca tu nombre.
  2. Entra a Suscripciones y elige Cotiza Ya.

Help and contact

How can we help?

Pick what you want to do and follow the steps. If something isn't clear, email us.

We reply within one or two business days.

Your first estimate or invoice

Say it, it's done. You just check it.

  1. On Home type what you sold, the way you'd tell someone: “18 tees at 14 for John Smith, shipping 12”. You can also tap Dictate, paste your customer's WhatsApp message or tap Read a photo to read a handwritten list or a screenshot.
  2. Tap Create. The app shows you Here's what I got: the customer, the lines with quantity and price, tax and shipping. Fix anything right there.
  3. Tap Create estimate or Create invoice. The document is laid out with your logo, your color and its number, ready to send.
What you sell, at hand

Every product or service you use is saved with its price in Business My catalog. Next time just type “18 tees”: the app already knows the price. And every new customer lands in Customers when you save the document.

If you'd rather fill it in yourself

In Documents tap New estimate or New invoice and enter it line by line, with your catalog at hand.

Send and get paid

The message is written for you. You pick the channel.

  1. Open the document and tap Send. Choose Send the PDF or Send a text summary: the message is already written with the total.
  2. Send it by WhatsApp, Message or Email. If the customer is already on your list with a phone number, the chat opens with them.
  3. When they pay, tap Record payment (or Record deposit for a partial payment). Enter the amount and payment method, and the balance updates on its own.
  4. Tap Send receipt. Once it's paid in full, the invoice is marked paid.
Get paid with a QR code

In Business Payment QR code enter your Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, bank link or whatever you use. Invoices with a balance carry the code and your customer pays from their phone. Quote Now takes no fee and never touches your money.

Never miss a payment

With Business Remind me to follow up the app reminds you about invoices coming due and estimates with no reply. Home shows who owes you and one tap on Send reminder brings up the written message. Pick the tone (friendly, formal or short) in Business Messages to customers.

Getting your customer's yes

They sign on your phone, or you note that they said yes.

  1. Open the estimate and tap Customer's signature.
  2. If your customer is with you, choose Sign with your finger and have them sign on screen. If they said yes by message or call, choose Accepted without signing: it's recorded with date and time.
  3. Tap Convert to invoice. The invoice comes out with the same lines and its own number; the estimate stays linked.
Validity

Every estimate says how long it's good for. Set the days in Business Terms, and change them on any estimate.

Your brand and your numbers

Your logo, your color, your terms and which number you start at.

How your documents look

  1. In Business My business enter your name, logo, phone and address. Whatever you leave blank doesn't print.
  2. In Business Appearance choose the template (Classic, Modern, Minimal or Bold), your brand color and the paper size: Letter or A4.
  3. In Business Terms write your payment terms, validity and policies. They print at the foot of every document.

Your numbers

  1. In Business Numbering set the prefix you use (“EST”, “INV”) and which number your estimates and invoices start at. If you were already at 100, enter 100: the next one comes out with that number.
  2. The app keeps counting on its own. Documents you already made don't change.
Every customer in their language

In Business Document language choose the language your documents come out in. And each customer can have their own on their card: their documents come out translated, with your line items and your terms in Spanish.

Backup and a new phone

One file with everything, so it isn't lost if the phone is.

Keep a copy

  1. Open Business Backup and tap Create backup.
  2. Save it to Files (in iCloud Drive, if you use it) or email it to yourself. It's a single file with your customers, documents, payments, catalog and settings.

On a new phone or your iPad

  1. Install Quote Now, open Business Backup and tap Restore from a file…. Pick your backup.
  2. For Pro, open Business and tap Restore purchases.
Your data lives on your phone

Quote Now has no accounts and no servers, and this version doesn't sync through iCloud: your iPhone and your iPad each keep their own data. Make a backup now and then; the app reminds you when the last one was.

Quote Now Pro

What it includes and how to cancel.

The free version is enough to work: every month you can make 5 documents with everything (dictate them, send them, get paid, get them signed). The allowance renews on the 1st.

Pro adds

  • Unlimited estimates, invoices and receipts every month
  • Your documents go out without the “Made with Quote Now” mark
  • Every template for your documents
  • Invoices that repeat on their own for your regular customers
  • Sold, collected and unpaid; export for your accountant

Choose the monthly subscription, the yearly one or a one-time lifetime purchase. You'll find it in Business See Quote Now Pro.

How to cancel the subscription

  1. On your iPhone open Settings and tap your name.
  2. Go to Subscriptions and choose Quote Now.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription. Pro stays active until the paid period ends.
From the app, too

In Business, Manage subscription takes you to the same screen. If you bought Pro Lifetime there is nothing to cancel: it isn't a subscription.

Quick questions

How many documents can I make for free?

5 every month, with every feature. The allowance renews on the 1st. Correcting a document you already made or sending a receipt doesn't use one. With Pro there's no cap.

Where are my documents stored?

On your phone. There are no accounts, no sign-ups and no servers of ours: we can't see them. Keep a backup now and then (section 05).

Do I need internet?

Not to work: you type, dictate, create, send and get paid offline (the message goes out when WhatsApp has signal). What you dictate is understood on the iPhone, not on a server.

Pro purchases do need it; Apple processes them.

Does it charge sales tax or IVA?

Whatever you say. In Business Charge tax set the name (sales tax, IVA) and the rate, and whether your prices already include it. You can change or remove it on any document.

Does it work in Spanish and pesos?

Yes. The app follows the phone's language or the one you choose in Business Language & appearance. Pick the currency in Business Currency & measurements: dollars, pesos or whatever you use. And every customer can get their documents in their own language.

Is the invoice a tax invoice?

It's your receipt with the customer. It is not a tax document (in Mexico, a CFDI); your documents say so at the foot. Keep issuing those wherever you do today.

How do I hand everything to my accountant?

Reports shows what you billed, collected and are owed for the month or the year, and with Pro you export it as spreadsheets (for Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets) or in the QuickBooks Online format.

Can I use it on my iPad?

Yes, and on iPad it shows two columns: the list on the left and the document on the right. Each device keeps its own data; to move it, use a backup (section 05).

Are the built-in terms ready for my business?

They're a starting point. Review them and adjust them to how you work in Business Terms: payment methods, validity, changes and returns.

Still have questions?

Email us and we'll reply within one or two business days. Tell us what you were trying to do and which screen you were on.
